There are six engine options for this vehicle: a high-output 3.5L EcoBoost engine that produces 450 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft of torque, a 3.3L Ti-VCT V6 engine that gives 290 horsepower and 265 lb.-ft of torque, a 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 engine that yields 400 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft of torque, a 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine that offers 325 horsepower and 400 lb.-ft of torque, a 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine that yields 400 horsepower and 500lb.-ft of torque, and a 3.5L PowerBoost full hybrid V6 engine that gives 430 horsepower and 570 lb.-ft of torque.

A 33 kW electric motor accompanies the 3.5L PowerBoost full hybrid V6 engine. These engines use a 10-speed automatic transmission. You can tow up to 14,000 lbs. with the 2023 Ford F-150.
